Our shoes are unisex narrow fit (AA); for medium width feet, or if we do not carry your exact size, we recommend getting half a size up (e.g. if you wear a US women's size 6 get a 6.5)

We offer FREE international shipping to any country and you can expect your order to arrive within 3 weeks from your order date.

Once your order has been shipped you will receive a tracking number.


EXCHANGES
We accept exchanges for items that do not fit and defective items, and the shipping fees are on us. Please make sure you follow the size guide to avoid delays in you rocking your awesome new shoes.

If you wish to exchange your order contact us at support@rated18shoes.com within 5 days of receiving your purchase; items must not show any indication of wear. Your email should contain the following:

• Subject line: Exchange Request;
• Information on why you wish to return your itme(s);
• Your order number; and
• At least 2 pictures of the defective item(s) if applicable

For orders outside Canada tax and duty fees are not covered. Unfortunately, it is not plausible at this time for us to cover tax and duty for worldwide shipping as regulations and fees vary from country to country.
